Potter's cottage is a tastefully decorated and fun “Key West” style ground level, and comfortable 1 Bed / 1 Bath cottage with all the modern conveniences that sleeps 2 with a few exceptions for additional guests . Tile floors throughout, with a vaulted open concept Kitchen and Main Room keep the cottage light and bright. Enjoy your large screened enclosed outdoor lanai and lounge area complete with vaulted ceiling, bar, fans, and seating areas. Want to get some sun? Just step outside to your very own wrap around deck providing even more room for sunning, relaxing, or cooking (on the grill) while you enjoy the peaceful, private, and tropical surroundings.

The main room boasts a comfortable sofa, separate love seat, an eat-in dining area, fully equipped new and open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a huge 50” flatscreen TV, 2 ceiling fans, and large glass sliding doors that open onto your private screen enclosed lanai. The updated Master Bedroom includes a King Size Bed with a relaxing seating / reading area, 22' flat screen TV, large closet, and glass sliding doors that open onto the deck. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and plenty of storage for towels and necessities. A laundry area is located in the back of the home, and high speed internet access is included for those who would like a working vacation. Private parking is included and just steps from your private entry gate.

Amazing Location! Literally just a 2 minute walk to the the best shelling and sunset watching beach on Sanibel!  Blind Pass, widely regarded as one of the best fishing spots in the entire area, is only a 3 minute walk away!
